ACTIVATION GUIDE

Before using the Plume HomePass app you will need to follow these quick and easy steps to activate your account:

  1. Check your email for the activation email sent by Cruzio.  If you don’t see this email in your Inbox be sure to check your spam folder.  If you still can’t locate the message call us 831-459-6301 or send us a message and our awesome service team can send you a new one.
  2.  Click the activation link in the email which will take you to the activation page and prefill your special activation code.  You can also copy and paste the URL or activation code if you prefer.
  3. Click the Submit button to verify your activation code.  The activation code is valid for 48 hours, if your code has expired please contact us for a new one.
  4. Next, you will be asked to specify what email address you would like to use for the HomePass app.  This can be the same email address you use for your Cruzio account or it can be a different one (for example if someone else in your household would like to manage the HomePass app).
  5. Verify the email address you want to use is correct and click the Activate! button.
  6. If you did not change the email address you are all set!  Your account has been verified and activated and you are ready to download the HomePass app.
  7. If you specified a different email address you will receive a verification email from Plume.  Simply click the verification button in that email to complete the process and then you are ready to download the HomePass app.
